Dr. Parul Gahlan

Dr. Parul Gahlan is the Academic Director at Max Classes and the Head of the Biology Department. With over a decade of teaching experience and a PhD in Molecular Biology, she brings the rigour of a working scientist into the NEET Biology classroom.
Having cleared two of India's toughest national examinations — ICMR and GATE — she does not teach Biology as memorisation. She teaches it the way it actually exists in research: structure follows function, mechanism explains outcome, and exam questions are just a side-effect of understanding the system properly.
What Dr. Parul teaches
- NEET Biology — full Class 11 + 12 NCERT, with depth typically only available at university-level prep.
- Class 12 Boards Biology — taught in parallel, in a way that strengthens both boards and NEET.
- Conceptual deep dives on NCERT chapters that NEET frequently exploits — molecular biology, genetics, plant physiology, and human physiology.
